Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Insert Technological Wings for "Flood Control, Emergency and Rescue"

July 5th to 11th, 2019, the Liaoning Provincial Emergency Management Office organized a flood prevention and rescue drill for the flood control dispatching in Dadianzi Town, Tieling City. At the event of the Provincial Emergency Management Office, our company, as being the provincial emergency drone base, sent a drone team to carry the SY-1200 and SY-1 UAVs to participate in rehearsals and formal exercises of the drill.

In this exercise, our company's drone team mainly carried out drills for the drone's air search trapped personnel, drone airborne commanders to evacuate the affected people, drone airdrop lifebuoys and rescue resources.

In the formal drill, the UAV team received instructions from the drill headquarters to control the UAV to take off quickly and fly to simulate the disaster relief waters to carry out aerial reconnaissance, and transmit the HD video captured by the drone directly to the wireless link to Direct the scene on the big screen.

Through the video transmission, ground search and rescue personnel, quickly found the simulated trapped persons and positioned them accurately. After the commander command's air drop lifebuoy instructions, the team operated the UAV to take off quickly, and precisely dropped the lifebuoy to the trapped personnel to help them out of danger.

In this drill, the company's UAV team has successfully completed all the drill subjects and has received unanimous praise from the field commander and the observation leaders.

The SY-1200 Rotor Electric UAV developed by the company has small size and strong maneuverability. It has functions such as aerial reconnaissance, delivery and video transmission. It can be widely used in various emergency rescue operations. The SY-1 vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing electric unmanned aerial vehicle has the characteristics of long flight time, high reliability, easy carrying, rapid deployment and withdrawal. It can be used for real-time monitoring and tracking, accurately collecting disaster information, and providing technical support for field rescue command and decision-making.
